Article by Sitalatma Das…on Kaunteya’s book
In a comment on Kaunteya’s book elsewhere, I mentioned “distance” but I think it deserves a little more attention. The book is almost 700 pages long and the title is not settled yet. Originally it was “Racism Sexism & Homophobia in Srila Prabhupada’s Teachings?” but now he changed it toContinue Reading
In Pursuit of ISKCON Child Abusers
I recently had the opportunity to read the heart-wrenching testimony of Vedasara das. He was five years old when he came to the Mayapura Gurukula and he stayed there for 21 years until he was 26. He tells the story of how he was terribly molested, abused, and tortured, particularlyContinue Reading

Poison Conspiracy Fraud #8: Nobody Poisoned With Cadmium
“No Cadmium Poison Cases in 1977!” One of the single most convincing pieces of history that confirms how the P-Con can’t possibly be true is the simple fact that doctors were only beginning to understand how cadmium impacted the body in 1977. In the early 1900’s the water supply inContinue Reading
Basu Ghosh Das’s Short Eulogy shared on Facebook
The Mahatma – HH Kadamba Kanana Swami – has left this material world, a few hours ago.He was “a friend”. We met many times over the past four decades that I knew him. We worked in different spheres. He was at Mayapur and Vrindavan, at the beginning of his “devotionalContinue Reading
Written in response to Kaunteya Das’s letter by Antardwip das
Kaunteya Das wrote: Recently, Sarva-drik Prabhu wrote: “One small request . . . Best to keep the discussion civil. Savaging the opposition (although ultimately we are all on the same side) with inflammatory name calling as “deviant, half-baked, pseudo-Vedic, neo-Smarta,” etc. isn’t helpful.” In private, a very senior Srila Prabhupada discipleContinue Reading
Should women join the military?
When women and men mix so freely, sexual assault, rape, etc., are bound to happen. The remedial measures of the demons such as sex education or therapy do nothing to curb that trend. The best way is to restructure your society, including personal customs, to minimize the possibility of contact between men and women.Continue Reading
Milking victimhood for personal gain at the expense of BVKS?
I don’t know why you chose to publicly malign Bhakti Vikasa Maharaja when by your own admission there are other, more culpable ISKCON leaders who you could have come out publicly against yet chose not to name. But at least we know that whatever your reason, it has absolutely nothing to do with any child’s welfare. Continue Reading
Poison Conspiracy Fraud #6: No Whisper Evidence!
“No Whisper Evidence”(Illustrated plates are located below the following text.) According to the Poison Conspiracy (P-Con) fiction it was in early 1976 that TKG would have had the incredible metamorphosis of transitioning from one of Srila Prabhupada’s most praised disciples, to an evil raksasa determined to poison his spiritual master.Continue Reading
How can Srila Prabhupada be the center when “the shastra is the center for all”?
Srila Prabhupada says in his purport to Sri Caitanya-caritamrita Madhya-lila 20.352 that among the sources of knowledge dharma given by one’s guru, other saintly persons, and shaof stra, “the shastra is the center for all.” Yet it is seen in many sampradayas that the acharya is still very much central to the practice and faith of the devotees. So, if the actual center is the shastra, then what does it mean to a community to keep the acharya in the center? This question is discussed and answered in this video by Krishna Kirti dasa of the ISKCON India Scholars Board.Continue Reading
