Shashi Tharoor: Delighted to participate in a #RathYatra in Hamburg organised by #ISKCON & do my share of pulling Lord Jagannath’s chariot through the neighbourhood! Smashed the ritual coconuts to get going, said a few words & celebrated the amazing turnout of Indians and curious Germans.
