Krishna would never allow such a thing to happen to his pure devotee. Just as Prahlada Maharaja was fully protected, Srila Prabhupada was fully protected. We should not doubt the conclusions of the śāstras.

   You fit the profile that is exposed in the book DECEPTION which provides over 500 pages of compelling arguments against the poison conspiracy.  Perhaps you should get that book an pay particular attention to chapter 3 "The P-Con Bag of Tricks, Section 3, "The Deceptive Tactis Mastered by the PCON", Sub-section 7,"Mr. Unknown and his Cousin Anonymous.
