  • Janmashtami in this temple is observed with great pomp. According to knowledgeable sources, every year about 8 lakhs (800,000) devotees visit this temple.
  • All day long in this temple a bhakti-sadhana program goes on. The first arati of the day is at 4:30 in the morning, which is also called Mangala Arati. Sandhya Arati is at 7:00 pm, and at 8:00 pm there is a Srimad Bhagavad-gita lecture.
  • The Rajbhog Arati is in afternoon is at 12:30 pm. Afterwards, you can attend the arati at 4:15 pm.
  • Kept in this temple is world’s largest Bhagavad-gita, which was unveiled this year on the 26th of February by Prime Minister Narenda Modi.
