After More Than 40 Years, Indradyumna Swami Returns to Spain For an Unforgettable Harinama

After an absence of more than four decades, Indradyumna Swami has returned to Spain, sharing a video of a lively harinama through the streets of Barcelona.

According to his official website, Travelling Monk, his visit to Barcelona and Madrid took place from September 15 to 20, 2026.

In a post on his official Facebook account, Maharaja described the Barcelona gathering as one of the most extraordinary harinamas he has experienced. As the chanting echoed between centuries-old buildings along the city’s narrow streets, passersby began joining the devotees.

“People didn’t just watch, they joined right in,” he wrote, describing people singing and dancing alongside the procession.

For Maharaja, this spontaneous response made his return particularly memorable. He encouraged viewers to watch the video through to its conclusion, presenting it as an example of the holy names’ power to touch people’s lives.
