Who will Save Hindus?

Who will save Hindus? Nowadays we are quite familiar with these words. From news channels to social media, there is an outcry to save Hinduism. But from whom? Unfortunately, no one knows it? And they are fighting with an unseen enemy. 

The threat is real! 

The threat is real! Not because of Christianity or Muslims but from Hindus only. This unseen enemy is living within Hinduism. A constant fake threat created for Hindus that do not provide any solution. Instead, it just continues screaming through social-electronic media for some politically motivated benefit.   

Because if they were so thoughtful, they would have worked for the real solutions for a noble threat that we are facing today. We live with a society, which feels threatened for the destruction of their culture and religious practices. But most of them have never intended to take religious practices seriously. A blind is following another blind and they are all leading each other towards the biggest disaster.  

In the absence of authentic and bonafide Guru, a large population of Hindus does not know that Sanatan Dharma is a monotheistic religious practice. The impact of this is so shocking that they have accepted the word “Hindus” which is nowhere mentioned in our Vedic texts. In the absence of any scriptural guidance few claim that there is no religion in this land of BhartVarsha instead people follow ‘the way of life.’ Supreme Court of India in 1995 ruled that “Ordinarily, Hindutva is understood as a way of life or a state of mind and is not to be equated with or understood as religious Hindu fundamentalism.”  

‘The way of life’ basically means no defined set of parameters and everyone is allowed to follow whatever he likes, this approach is known as “Yatha Matha Tatha Patha” everything is divine and all path leads to the same goal and there is no necessity of any Dharma. But Krsna the Supreme Personality of Godhead makes a clear statement about the Dharma and it is known as ‘Varna-Ashrama Dharma’  

In modern times due to the influence of atheist and communist propaganda, Varna-Ashrama is considered a cast based system but Krsna’s statement in BG 4.13 presents a scientific approach to manage the society that is a divide based on their nature -quality and work they do.    

चातुर्वर्ण्यं मया सृष्टं गुणकर्मविभागशः ।

According to the three modes of material nature and the work associated with them, the four divisions of human society are created by Me. So actually our Dharma is Varana Ashrama Dharma which provides equal opportunity for every living being to progress in spiritual life.  

  His Divine Grace A.C.Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada resolves this in one of his conversations happened in Vrindavan 28/06/76   

“But India, they have given up the real religious system, Sanatana-dharma, or varnashrama-dharma. FICTITIOUSLY, THEY HAVE ACCEPTED A HODGEPODGE THING WHICH IS CALLED HINDUISM. THEREFORE THERE IS TROUBLE. ..”

The Hodgepodge system is destined to doom 

With Multiple God systems beliefs where every day a new God made to channelize the donation. We have seen that people who have moved away from Hinduism have accepted the monotheistic religious practices in large numbers in the southern part of India. Now Punjab has become the next target for both Christian and Islam preachers to convert the people to their faith? They boldly ask Hindus who is God? And most of the Hindus won’t be able to answer this question. When a Hindu answers that everything is God from Sai baba to Santoshi Mata (Santoshi Mata a fictional character created by a filmmaker) they ask another question? How can there be so many fathers? Unfortunately, most of Hindus miserably get defeated in these arguments. For the evidence, one can see many debates by Zakir Naik on YouTube.  

Due to different religious reformation society like Araya Samaj by Dayananda Saraswati, – barhamo Samaj by Raja Ram Mohan Roy Tattavabodhini Sabha by Debendranath Tagore which all under the influence of wrong interpretation by English scholars tried to discard every statement of Veda & Purans to which they were unable to give any logic. Trying to infuse logic without faith turned Indian Influencers and thinkers into Aesthetic society although they were all still visiting the temples and worshiping the deity superficially.   

After the freedom, the Indian Government introduced the same ideas to the next generation of Hindus most of them were blinded by the Nehruvian ideas of economic development where there was no scope of people who had faith in their religious system as it is.  

Reviving the Sanatan Dharma 

To save the culture and Sanskriti of this land we need to accept the conclusion of scriptures that Krsna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead.  

All the Acharyas like Shankaracharya- Madhavachrya- Ramanujanachrya- have declared accepted Krsna as Supreme Personality of Godhead and have accepted Bhagavad Gita as the Nirnya Shahstra (Conclusion of all Vedas)    

Shankaracharya confirms this in his commentary of Gita Mahatmya that the upcoming religious world will be very eager to have one scripture and God. He predicted the situation much before that we are facing today. Islam says that they have one God and one scripture — Christians say that they have one God and one Scripture and in this way, they try to destroy to the fabric of Sanatan Dharma which is right now very weak due to the absence of authentic disciplic Vedic education system.  

It is right time that we accept the message of Lord Shiva & Parvati complied by Shankaracharya where he says  

 “ekaṁ śāstraṁ devakī-putra-gītam

eko devo devakī-putra eva

eko mantras tasya nāmāni yāni

karmāpy ekaṁ tasya devasya sevā” 

                                            

“In this present day, people are very much eager to have one scripture, one God, one religion and one occupation. Therefore, ekaṁ śāstraṁ devakī-putra-gītam: let there be one scripture only, one common scripture for the whole world – Bhagavad-gītā. Eko devo devakī-putra eva: let there be one God for the whole world – Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Eko mantras tasya nāmāni: and one hymn, one mantra, one prayer – the chanting of His name: Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa, Hare Hare/ Hare Rāma, Hare Rāma, Rāma Rāma, Hare Hare. Karmāpy ekaṁ tasya devasya sevā: and let there be one work only – the service of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.”

Join the Revolution of Srila Prabhupada

Srila Prabhupada founder Acharya of International Society of Krishna Consciousness proved that presenting the scriptures as it is and delivering the original message will attract millions towards accepting the Sanatan Dharma. In a short period, his movement has attracted devotees from all over the world who accepted Krsna as a supreme personality of Godhead, chanting the holy name and reading the scriptures like Bhagavad Gita & Bhagavad Puraan every day.

 

Now, it is time for Indian Hindus to accept the final order of Lord Krsna which he gave in Bhagavad Gita Chapter 18.66 

 

“सर्वधर्मान्परित्यज्य मामेकं शरणं व्रज ।

अहं त्वां सर्वपापेभ्यो मोक्षयिष्यामि मा श‍ुच: ॥ 66 ॥

“sarva-dharmān parityajya mām ekaṁ śaraṇaṁ vraja

ahaṁ tvāṁ sarva-pāpebhyo mokṣayiṣyāmi mā śucaḥ “

“Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear.”

Today at least on social media it appears that Hindus are very much fearful for the future of Hindu Religion. By accepting the above statement of Lord Krsna by accepting that He is the God of every living being and everyone should be given a chance to engage his life in Krsna service we will be saved as Krsna promises this in the above-mentioned shloka.
