A 90-second film from ISKCON Salem offers a close view of carved stonework and ongoing work at the Sri Sri Radha Gokulananda temple project in Tamil Nadu.
SALEM, India — ISKCON Salem published a short construction video on July 2, 2026, showing ornamental stonework at its temple site. Titled “Temple construction update – July 2026,” the film runs for one minute and 30 seconds and was uploaded to the temple’s YouTube channel.[1]
The camera moves from gold-coloured components laid out at ground level to pale stone towers and smaller fluted domes. Scaffolding remains visible around the structure. Another sequence looks up at a circular, carved ceiling medallion, with temporary wooden supports crossing the view.
These close views show details of the project’s architectural work. The footage documents the site in July 2026; it does not establish the temple’s present completion status or announce an opening date.
ISKCON’s centres directory identifies the Salem centre as Sri Sri Radha Gokulananda Temple in Karuppur, Salem, Tamil Nadu, and links to the temple’s official website.[2] Akincana previously carried an April 2025 construction video from ISKCON Salem, providing an earlier view of the same developing project.[3]
