Dear Maharajas and Prabhus,
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
ISKCON Communications is pleased to share the establishment of the Bhaktivedanta Swami Lecture Series—an annual, high-level event designed to honor the life, work, and teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda, Founder-Ācārya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). This initiative also aims to place his teachings meaningfully at the intersection of policymaking, governance, thought leadership, and civic engagement.
The lecture series will bring forth the relevance and practical application of Srila Prabhupada’s teachings in addressing contemporary global issues, including ethics, governance, environmental stewardship, family dynamics, social challenges, and the holistic well-being of individuals and societies.
Each year, the series will invite heads of state to speak on selected themes, in the presence of political leaders, government officials, faith representatives, diplomats, scholars, think-tank experts, and leaders from business and civil society.
To commemorate ISKCON’s historic 60th anniversary in 2026, ISKCON Communications will host the inaugural Bhaktivedanta Swami Lecture in February 2026. I’m happy to share that the keynote address will be delivered by Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan, Hon’ble Vice President of India.
We will share further details about the event soon.
Thank you.
