Today we had a meeting with Chief Minister of Gujarat Sri Bhupendrabhai Patel. We invited him for the 25th Anniversary festival of ISKCON Ahmedabad and he has kindly agreed to it.
Also as some of you may aware that recently Gujarat govt. has passed a resolution that Bhagavad Gita to be added in school syllabus for std. 6 to 12. In that context, we have presented our proposal to the chief Minister by presenting him our Bhagavad Gita and “Values of Life” book of different standards.
