New Zealand MP took oath in Sanskrit’: PM Modi says spread of language fills Indians with pride

Lately, a New Zealand MP Gaurav Sharma took an oath in Sanskrit.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his recent Man ki Baat appreciated New Zealand MP, Gaurav Sharma.

 

The spread of our language, which is one of the antiquated in the world, fills our souls with pride. I want to compliment him through this platform and wish him good luck for his tenure,” the PM said
