We have received the following update regarding the Health of H.H.Kadam Kanana Swami
Today I feel fine. It looks like it’s over. (If there is no relapse)
I am continuing to do breathing exercises. Extra rest is needed. Fatigue is still there, but I can manage with a long night rest and then stay up most of the day.
-Oxygen saturation- 98 (normal)
-Blood pressure – normal
-Temperature- normal
– Lymphatic System is stabilizing
– sore throat symptoms which were there for two days are
gone.
In short, I am doing fine. I am functioning quite normally with some extra rest.
The government has imposed a quarantine until Nov 5th.
