वैष्णव दीक्षा लेने के लिए सब लोगो को अधिकार है दलित लोगो के लिए, सब लोगो के लिए वैषणव दीक्षा स्वीकार करने के लिए अधिकार है परन्तु दीक्षा में दुविधा है।

एक है नाम दीक्षा और दसूरा है मंत्र दीक्षा। मंत्र दीक्षा मैं कुछ विशेष नियम है। नाम दीक्षा सर्व अधिकार है मंत्र दीक्षा भी स्त्रियों को दे सकते है, परन्तु वेद मन्त्र नहीं अनन्य विधक्या सहिंता मंत्र दीक्षा स्त्रियों को भी दे सकते है। इतना पर्याप्त नहीं है ?

आगे वो इसी पर बल देते हुए कहते है की मंत्र दिशा -विधक्या संहिता मंत्र दीक्षा स्त्रियो के लिए और अन्य लोगो के लिए भी दे सकते है कुछ नियमो का परिपालन करना आवयश्क है

पूजनीय विश्वेश्वरा तीर्थ स्वामी:  ऐसा नहीं है, वो भी गुरु हो सकते है उपदेश देने का अधिकार सभी को है, परन्तु वेदमंत्रों का उपदेश सभी लोग नहीं करते है, वेदमंत्रों का उपदेश भी स्त्रियां नहीं कर सकती है. अन्य मंत्रो की दीक्षा स्त्रियां कर सकती है
