We have been asked to review all the hearsay, revisions of what can be heard in whispers, jump-to-conclusions hair studies, coincidental health timelines, 249 pages of character assassinations, insufficient medical diagnosis, questionable qualified expert opinions, allegations from false witness, translation disputes, retracted assertions, suspicions about the Bhaktivedanta Tape Ministry, voice stress analysis, disappearing testimonies, private studies, horoscopes, ominous dreams, voices speaking backwards and pages upon pages of every possible grievance that can possibly be dredged up to see which version of spaghetti-like logic sticks to the wall of public outcry. This paper is the outcome of how I perceive all this Chicken Little hysteria and I will not be lured into the fox’s den of this most odious type of Vaishnava aparada that is being bantered around like fictional soap-opera gossip among spoiled housewives across America.
I can only imagine what type of a hailstorm I might be inviting down on my head by taking the time to compile this poison antidote. Why would I go to all this trouble, knowing that in due course, as a result of doing so I expect to find every possible shortcoming the Sleuth-Team mud-rackers can dig up about me to broadcast over the internet in the future? The answer to that was provided at the beginning of this paper:

As for any excavation I may be invitinginto my own personal lifeas blowback from this expose, I have nothing to hide. I have made my share of naive mistakes, but I have never done anything I am ashamed of or embarrassed about as a disciple of Srila Prabhupada.Neither is there anything dishonorable to be found in my professional career as a Database Engineer employed for nearly 30 years by the United States Navy Surface Warfare Center where I was paid well for my opinion. (BTW: I held a “Secret Clearance” status and numerous outstanding professional acknowledgments, which they do not award to emotionally unstable or incompetent individuals)
If someone has any reason to believe I have acted dishonorably, I welcome them to contact me about it personally. Such a liaison would yield new insights for me to grow from. If their grievance is due to prejudicial thinking, it would give me the opportunity to clarify any premature judgments that people tend to make prior to understanding the facts properly. I am therefore not intimidated by the public forum. If I am dragged into it with malicious intent I will respond to whatever degree is necessary to set the record straight.

It has been 17 years since we were warned about the inevitability of this ending up in a courtroom, yet that threat has not materialized, which is symptomatic of those who boast more bravado than brains. I also invite my readers to Judge for Yourself. For those who have read this Poison Antidote, it is clear that I am not at all persuaded by all the shuffling, scrambling and shameless accusations that I have reviewed. Since then, the poison allegations have attracted a lot more curious spectators than they had in 1982 when a “rumor” was heard. I confess to the offense of having lampooned the immaturity that I find in the 1359-plus pages of accumulated ramble, synathroesmus, conjecture, boingo-boingo logic and bigoted commentaries. But I see no need to seek out the stinking corpses that I have good reason to believe are in the closets of at least some of the most vigilant perpetrators of the Who Poisoned Prabhupada soap opera. Who’s purchased the most body bags does suggest a motive, but I need not pursue that line of logic to prove the very thing the GBC has been saying all along:

I am content to let the reader decide who is looking very foolish right now. Anyone can say they want the truth to come out, but if they can’t even give a plausible explanation of how the act of poisoning was actually committed, it implies a much more caustic agenda! If this were heard by a trial jury, the prosecuting attorney would have to explain in great detail where the poison was acquired, who obtained it and how they learned to administer it. They would also have to indicate what type of cadmium formula was used. Was it: raw cadmium, cadmium chloride, cadmium sulfate, cadmium sulfide, cadmium sulpho selenide, cadmium acetate, or cadmium fumes?
They would have to explain how such busy public figures could find the time to learn how to commit such a delicate crime that has virtually never been done before with such an unusual substance. They would have to give a convincing story how such a group of visible personalities were able to deliver the poison for at least 9 months without anyone ever finding out or becoming suspicious.
What is more obvious, to those who haven’t been clunked on the head with Chicken Little’s acorn, is that none of this has to do with Srila Prabhupada actually having been poisoned. It’s all about how much international attention is being given to those who foisted the poisoning allegations on innocent devotees using whatever methods they can. Tremendous venom is being unfairly splashed against thousands of worldwide devotees who sincerely want to become Krishna Consciousness and share Lord Caitanya’s mercy to the fallen conditioned souls. It’s not the people who scrambled all over to try and find appropriate medical care for his Divine Grace that went mad, it’s everyone on the Goof Team and those who are so bitter that they continue to give any credibility to all this tarradiddle.
Defamation and Slander is an Actionable Crime!
It is obvious by all the gossip like propaganda accumulated by the Walter Mitties of the lunatic fringe Goof team that they are completely unconcerned about the proof that is required to make a plausible case. In fact, in the majority of English Common Law countries those who have been so reckless about making all these absurd accusations have broken the privacy laws that protect individuals and organizations from the torts like Slander, Libel, and False Light. Yup!
“Defamation” is a catch-all term for any statement that hurts someone’s reputation. Written defamation is called “libel,” and spoken defamation is called “slander.” Defamation is not a crime, but it is a “tort” (a civil wrong, rather than a criminal wrong). Defamation occurs when there’s been a statement that is all of the following:
- Published – (1500 page plus, hours of videos & internet spam Yea..it’s published all right!)
- False – (This paper proves how false and reckless the allegations of poisoning are!)
- Injurious – (Frivolously accusing people of intent to murder by poison is very injurious.)
- Unprivileged – (No laws protect the malicious campaign wagered by the Goof Team!)

A person is guilty of committing false light when their actions consist of:
- The defendant published some information about the plaintiff.
- The information must portray the plaintiff in a false or misleading light.
- The information is highly offensive or embarrassing to a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities.
- The defendant must have published the information with reckless disregard as to its offensiveness.
This paper provides numerous examples of how the Goof team has completely ignored any sense of professional sensibilities. They are clearly responsible for building and unleashing a run-away train of unchecked, hysterical, bombastic allegations. There are many devotee lawyers who could bring a legal case against those who are responsible for publishing careless allegations about a hallucinated crime that:
- Has no significant evidence that would be acceptable to ANY court.
- Has no plausible explanation for how it could have happened.
- Provides no reasonable motive for why someone one would commit this alleged crime.
- Continues to be heedlessly published in the public forum as an open wound for over 20 years.
- Relies on deceit, contempt, emotional manipulation, fraud, misrepresentation, and intimidation.It’s time for devotees who are practicing attorneys to step forward and offer their services to put a full stop to this atrocity. The reputation of individuals continue to be scarred by these insensitive allegations but more importantly, even Srila Prabhupada’s reputation is tinged by this festering wound. It’s time to put an end to it.
Prabhupada: What is a religious fight? Religious fight means you have got right to kill your aggressor. If somebody takes your property, if somebody sets fire in your house if somebody kidnaps your wife or somebody is trying to kill you, they are called aggressor. So aggressor should be killed immediately. It is not that somebody has become an aggressor, and if I say, “Now I have become a Vaisnava. I’ll not be violent. I shall tolerate. Caitanya Mahaprabhu has taught us to be tolerant like the tree or the grass. So I shall become tolerant. Let him do.” Just like Gandhi used to say. Somebody questioned him that “If somebody comes and violates the chastity of your daughter in your presence, what will you do?” He said, “I shall remain nonviolent.” But that is not sastric injunction. Although this quote is very strong, I want to make it very clear that I am NOT suggesting or hinting in any way anyone should resort to any type of physical violence. However, I do think it would be appropriate to strike at the resources that keep perpetuating this nuisance that has wallowed around and festered in the shadows behind the temple because it can’t be discussed openly.
Maybe it’s time to sink the BS ship “Poison Conspiracy” deep into the ocean of truth once and for all. This paper has provided all the dry powder necessary to do that. Perhaps it’s time to light the fuse with a court subpoena. Those who have perpetrating this colossal fraud should be invited to convince a judge why they felt it was appropriate to conducted international slander against Srila Prabhupada’s Hare Krishna Movement and his faithful disciples! Even if an attorney needed to be hired to do this it would be worth it. A victory would have the potential to bankrupt those who have perpetuated this absurd travesty for over 20 years. Instead of that laxmi being recklessly wasted on impeding Lord Chaitanya’s mission, it could be properly used to help push it forward. The type of possible awards for cases far less serious than unfounded international allegations of murdering one’s spiritual master are worth taking a look at!
Example 1: IN September of 2012 Casino Mogul Steve Wynn won $20,000,000 against Joe Francis who had falsely accused Mr. Wynn in the public forum of threatening his life. Wynn sued Francis, saying that his allegations were false and that the 39-year-old was ruining his reputation. Example 2: IN April of 2012 Mark and Rhonda Lesher of Clarksville, Texas, filed a lawsuit against Coyels and Charlie Doesher for posting on the internet that they were sexual deviants, molesters, and drug dealers. When these allegations were proven not to be true, The jury ordered Jerry Coyel to pay Mark Lesher $5,100,000 for mental anguish and loss of reputation. Example 3: The Daily Mail has agreed to pay $2,900,000 damages and issue an apology to first lady Melania Trump to settle defamation claims over the British tabloid’s insinuations that she “provided services beyond simply modeling.” LINK: Melania Trump And The ‘Daily Mail’ Settle Libel Lawsuits
Example 4: The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation misrepresented Dr. Frans Leenen and Dr. Martin Myers when they portrayed their professional position on the safety of heart medication very badly. They accused the investigative report of being malicious, unfair, defamatory and sensationalized. The story looked at the potential dangers of a drug and whether the public had been notified properly or not. It alleged a possible conflict between researchers and drug manufacturers. When the case was over, the court ruled in favor of the two doctors as follows:
$200,000 in damages to a Toronto cardiologist, Dr. Martin Myers
$400,000 in general damages to Dr. Frans Leenen
$350,000 Aggravated damages to Dr. Frans Leenen in amount of
$200,000 Punitive damages to Dr. Frans Leenenin

There is adequate evidence showing malicious intent by the people promoting this Poison Conspiracy that the GBC should give serious consideration to moving from a defensive position on this issue to an offensive lawsuit. That everyone would become a lot more careful about what they post on the internet. Then we will see who really believes Srila Prabhupada was poisoned. Those who just jumped on the runaway train for a free ride to avenge some comparatively trivial wrongdoing by an overly zealous ISKCON authority will scatter. It’s time to take off the gloves and stand up to all this nonsense like men who are confident that Krishna will be on their side.
An experienced attorney should have the skills to crush this aggressive attempt to revise history that is as repulsive and deranged as Harry Elmer Barnes attempt to convince the world that 60,000 people were not exterminated in Germany during WWII! The longer this goes on unchecked, the more of a disgrace it will be to Srila Prabhupada’s legacy and the more difficult it will be to establish that the real visa-virya bijam (Poison Seed) has been the one that disrupts the hearts and minds of innocent devotees who are aspiring to love Krishna and Serve Lord Caitanya’s mission. We certainly don’t want the descendants of Goof Team Luddites to be demanding that the Vrindavan samadhi is excavated 500 years from now. That is why I felt it was necessary to jettison this farcical tale during this era before it gets to that. I will leave those who started this ridiculous poison rumor and all those who perpetuate it for Yamaraja to dispatch them to the hellish regions of Dandasuka, the destination for those who create great trouble for others.
Within just a few minutes one can easily find some of the best attorneys who specialize in Slander, Libel, False light and Defamation. Many of them offer free consultations and I would guess that when they see all the horrific calumny committed by the Goof Team they might be quite eager to take on a high-profile case like this and send those responsible for over 20 years of disgraceful frivolous slander to the poor house on consignment! I have already done a lot of the preliminary work here exposing this travesty of decency and I invite anyone who wishes to share this document for the purpose of obtaining counsel on this subject to go right ahead and do so. It will give me great satisfaction to know that I at least did my share in defending the innocent, Srila Prabhupada’s legacy and all those who are doing the best they can to preserve it.

The point is that there has been found irrefutable evidence of Srila Prabhupada’s poisoning, but many devotees are reluctant to consider the actual evidence such as the sky-high levels of cadmium that are far beyond anything seen in environmental contamination. – KGBG p. 704
