Reliability

We would like to believe that professional people are always reliable, competent and honest, but as we have just illustrated, neither the Genova Labs nor those behind the claim that Prabhupada was maliciously poisoned appear to be.  We have already identified numerous examples illustrating how the only thing holding up the Who Poisoned Prabhupadaconspiracy is a chain full of so many weakest links it’s astonishing anyone takes this propaganda seriously.   This type of cheating isn’t limited to a bunch of bad detectives with a malicious agenda.    The high-tech world of forensic hair analysis doesn’t have a very good reputation either.   In 2015 it was discovered that FBI testimony on microscopic hair analysis contained errors in at least 90% of cases in ongoing review!

“The Justice Department and FBI have formally acknowledged that nearly every examiner in an elite FBI forensic unit gave flawed testimony in almost all trials in which they offered evidence against criminal defendants over more than a two-decade period before 2000… Of 28 examiners with the FBI Laboratory’s microscopic hair comparison unit, 26 overstated forensic matches in ways that favored prosecutors in more than 95 percent of the 268 trials reviewed so far, according to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Innocence Project, which are assisting the government with the country’s largest post-conviction review of questioned forensic evidence.”

This is no small issue.  Apparently, the people in the hair analysis industry have just as bad of a reputation as the gang from Great Smoky Diagnostic Laboratories.   If you have cash, power or influence, they will provide whatever evidence the client wants.  This line of work is ripe for corruption because it is very specialized, poorly understood and can, therefore, be easily exploited by those seeking to prove something.  Let this point sink in a bit.  Which one of us has their own Hyperpure Dermanium Generator Detector in their garage to double check the work done in a new field that is highly specialized?

The following two links provide all the evidence we need to doubt anything done in the misanthropic industry of hair analysis.

Let us not forget that despite pages of explanations about where the hair samples came from, none of this was handled under proper rules for ensuring that the evidence was never contaminated, either intentionally, for malicious reasons, incompetence or human error.   That point doesn’t change regardless of how loud or forceful anyone from the Goof Team attempts to convince us otherwise.  That alone is all that’s needed for a good defense attorney to put an end to all this lynch mob stampeding for a conviction.  But for the sake of those who might want a bit more reasonable doubt, let’s first start with where the alleged inflated cadmium findings came from.

On May 4, 2017 a 54:24 minute youtube video was released where the following testimony begins at 39:45 minutes.

Kill Guru Become Guru Tape Start At 39:45: “One day I was looking through the book of denials and noticed that the GBC assistants had tried to test some hair samples themselves describing how they had sent them to a Larry Kolvar in California then on to a Dr. Richard Cashwell at the University of Wisconsin.  However, both parties were not able to test such small quantities because their equipment was inadequate.  They next called Dr. Morris and harassed him to do a series of free tests for them as they had done one for Balavanta. Dr. Morris became concerned that he would then become swamped with endless tests from the Hare Krishnas so he decided to charge them $6,000.  So then the GBC had to decide if it was worth that much money to them to see if Srila Prabhupada was poisoned or not and they decided it wasn’t. So on a hunch, I called the University of Wisconsin and Dr. Richard Aggasy was there.  He was the successor of Dr. Richard Cashwell.  I asked him: “Do you still have those hair samples my colleagues have sent to you?”  Yes, they are still here on the shelf in my office and they had been there for almost two years.   I asked him to forward those samples onto Dr. Morris in Missouri.  End At: 40.18”

Please note here that we are clearly told these hair samples were originally sent in for testing by the GBC assistants.  A few sentences later the Honest Eagle Scout Goof Team confesses to intentionally misleading Dr. Richard Aggasy into believing they were colleagues of the GBC.   Based on that deception, they persuaded Dr. Aggasy into forwarding these new samples to Dr. Morris in Missouri even though they had absolutely no legal authority to do so.  This is equivalent to theft and it fits right in with all the other circuitous behavior we have been exposing.

The first thing to point out here is that hair samples D & A were voluntarily sent in for testing by the GBC assistants.  If they were trying to cover something up, they would send in hair that they knew would not be tainted.  Otherwise, why would they knowingly send in evidence that would convict them of a conspiracy to poison Srila Prabhupada?   In California, you only get the privilege to drive if you agree to take a sobriety test whenever a police officer requests you to do so.  That law must be there, otherwise, those who know they are stinking drunk would simply refuse to take the sobriety test.   The same situation occurs when someone is suspected of rape.  Those who are guilty don’t rush forward to provide a DNA sample. So why would the accused GBC send in hair samples for testing if they had anything to hide?

The above testimony clearly states that hair samples marked D and A, were sent in by the GBC assistants.  They were then literally stolen by the lynch mob two years later from Dr. Richard Aggasy using deceptive methods.  (Nothing new here.)   The third sample ND-2 was in the possession of the lynch mob.   We are then told that the results of this new wave of tests allegedly indicated astronomically high levels of Cadmium.  In fact, the readings are so UNBELIEVABLE, even the lynch mobs witness Dr. Dipankar Chakraborti, clearly say anyone with such high levels:  “He will be finished. He can’t survive more than three, four days.”- KGBG p. 216

The only rebuttal offered to explain how it was possible for Srila Prabhupada to survive for another nine months with such high cadmium levels is…

“…only by dint of the will of the Lord and due to endowment with all the mystic yoga perfections. Srila Prabhupada was not an ordinary person but a topmost yogi.” -KGBGp.217

Srila Prabhupada was no doubt an extraordinary individual, but we also know he suffered heart attacks several times and became very ill for several weeks in 1974.  Are we to conclude, based on the above logic, that he chose not to apply his mystic yoga powers to protect himself from these ailments?  Should we further conclude that all these maladies were just a manifestation of his own divine lila, which would make us love and appreciate him more?

What makes all of this so very suspicious is that we have already provided many examples how the Goof Team is prepared to do whatever it takes to keep the conspiracy moving forward.  They have no regard for good advice, have made numerous embarrassing mistakes, and exhibit no hesitation to mislead their audience, have referenced very suspicious sources – even lied about how the reverse speech analysis was used in Law Enforcement work!   When their first conspiracy assault was no longer gleaning the attention they wanted to sustain, they came up with three more hair samples to test, but this time they made sure the alleged testing suggested that the amounts of Cadmium were unequivocally deadly.

The Goof Team virtually admits to every point of this ridiculous absurdity:

“Three new hair tests in 2002-2005 revealed astonishingly high hair levels of the heavy metal cadmium in samples of Srila Prabhupada’s hair that ISKCON leaders had tried to test, failed, and then abandoned. The arsenic proved to be a secondary poison. Chronic cadmium poisoning with sub-acute episodes appear to be the poisoning methodology. Srila Prabhupada’s cadmium levels were 190-306 times above the average normal, which could only be due to homicidal poisoning. These levels are “off the chart” and would be lethal within a short period of time. Further expert opinions are welcomed.” -KGBG p.245

Well, here is my opinion, an opinion the readers can decide for themselves just how expert it may be.  On the plot prepared by the Goof Team (KGBG p.238), it alleges that in March of 2017, the hair sample turned in by the defendants indicates 19.9 ppm of cadmium found in Srila Prabhupada’s hair. Using their own numbers, that would be over 300 times beyond normal and so “off the chart” and would be lethal within a short period of time.” Yet Srila Prabhupada lived for another EIGHT MONTHS!!  How?  Because of his mystic powers to eat poison like Lord Siva and not let it affect him?  Why did he decide to let it affect him in Nov of 77 when strangely enough, all the so-called hair readings indicated the toxins in his body were subsiding?  If Srila Prabhupada was capable of transcending all physically incapacitate threats to his body, why did he experience two heart attacks on the Jaladutta prior to coming to America for the very first time?

Biologists who study how the body assimilates cadmium tell us that if Tamal smashed up some Rayovac NiCads (containing cadmium), mixed it in Srila Prabhupada’s milk (which he then drank and didn’t even notice), most of the cadmium would have just passed thru his digestive system anyway!

Most ingested cadmium passes through the gastrointestinal tract without being absorbed (Kjellström et al. 1978). Measurement of gastrointestinal absorption is complicated by the fact that not all of a dose initially retained in the gastrointestinal system can be considered to be absorbed, because some portion may be trapped in the intestinal mucosa without crossing into the blood or lymph (Foulkes 1984).” -p.213

LINK: -Toxicological Profile For Cadmium p.213

All current science indicates that cadmium accumulates in the body over time and slowly accrues in the cells of individuals who have either been exposed to it environmentally or who have eaten large quantities of foods containing trace amounts of cadmium for long periods of time.   How the body reacts to cadmium is a very subtle process.  Although it is technically poisonous, it’s just not that easy to poison someone using cadmium, which is the reason why nobody working for the mob would ever use cadmium to get rid of a nemesis “Scarface”.  It’s just too unpredictable, complicated, risky and unreliable!
